I’m Victoria, the founder of Ever Growth Counseling®, a modern online therapy and wellness practice specializing in high-achieving professionals, particularly first-generation and immigrant individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to succeed across cultures, careers, and expectations.
I launched this practice during the pandemic to meet the growing need for mental health support among ambitious Millennials, entrepreneurs, and professionals across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. Since then, my work has evolved into supporting those who are used to “holding it all together” but are ready for a space where they don’t have to.

A Bit About Me
I’m a proud first-generation American from a multiracial immigrant family with roots from Kingston, Jamaica. I understand firsthand the pressure that comes with being “the one” navigating multiple cultures, high expectations, and the unspoken responsibility to succeed not just for yourself, but for your family.
My clinical background spans over 15 years across inpatient units, outpatient clinics, non-profits, and behavioral therapy programs throughout New York City. Today, I combine that clinical depth with a modern, culturally responsive approach tailored to high-achieving individuals navigating complex personal and professional lives.
I’m also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs Black in Business Program, a competitive initiative designed to support entrepreneurs in scaling sustainable and impactful businesses. That experience strengthened both my business lens and my commitment to helping others build lives that feel aligned, not just successful on paper.
Outside of my work, I value wellness, movement, and exploration. You’ll often find me traveling, discovering new coffee shops, or staying active through fitness and outdoor activities. I believe health is wealth—and that freedom, balance, and peace of mind are the true markers of success.
